OISC Regulations

The OISC is an independent public body set up under the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999. The OISC has a statutory duty on behalf of the UK government and is responsible for regulating immigration advisers. Immigration advisers are ensured that they are working in accordance with the Commissioner’s Code of Standards and Rules in so that they are fit and competent and act in the best interest of their clients.

It is a criminal offence to provide immigration services to any person if the person or company is not regulated by the OISC.
